Beginning with Celano & Associates in 1986 in Hickory Hills Illinois, Larry Kilduff was a principle of this family owned Shopping Center Development company along with his Father-in-law and Brother-in-law.
Today, Larry is The Kilduff Company's CEO and founder, and has been involved in the development of millions of square feet in over 25 communities around the country. He has provided consulting services on projects ranging from fast food restaurants to operating regional malls, and has worked with high profile organizations like United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Fannie Mae Foundation, and many other national and regional community development organizations. Larry's private sector relationships have included most of the national and prominent local retailers in the communities that he has served.
