ICSC RetailGreen
Larry Kilduff currently serves as Chairman of ICSC's RetailGreen committee, which promotes the development of "greener" and sustainable properties to the retail real estate industry.
With the world’s focus on sustainability, the retail real estate industry has responded with strong efforts to develop “greener” properties. Sustainability has shown to be both good sense and good business for developers. "Green" simply means healthier, less polluting and more resource- efficient practices that promote the well-being of building occupants and results in less drain on the urban infrastructure and natural resources.
