Consultation for Municipalities
At the municipality level, Larry Kilduff works as special advisor to the municipality development planning staff. Together we'll develop highly targeted strategies based on development goals. An elaborate economic market analysis is then conducted to ascertain the achievability of those goals. When the plan is ready for implementation, we will help recruit developers, retailers and businesses to bring it to fruition.
Consultation for Commercial Development Projects
At the commercial development project level, our consultation services include participation in any or all phases of the development process, including predevelopment technical assistance, land purchase, site evaluation, and construction management.
