The City of Oconomowoc is located in the rapidly growing suburban Waukesha County Wisconsin area. The Pabst Farms master redevelopment project is a significant addition to the area. The Kilduff Company has been retained by the City of Oconomowoc to provide real estate development advisory services. Our task is to provide assistance to the City staff in the effort to help create a unique state of the art sustainable shopping center by working alongside the City Staff and the Shopping Center developer, Developers Diversified Realty.
