PERSHING PLAZA, Kenosha, Wisconsin
The Pershing Plaza was a redevelopment of a 1960’s era community shopping center in urban Kenosha, Wisconsin. The 200,000 square foot grocery/Sears anchored center was redeveloped in coordination with the developer for Sears and the City of Kenosha who invested in the necessary infrastructure and roadway improvements, making the project possible.
